Between two needles, a refuge to welcome the skiers... brought by this strong architectural vision, the open concept of these exceptional stations, with its uncommon dimensions, designed by Bernard Taillefer, the architect of station des Arcs.
Horizontal elevator Concept, “cjig-bag system”. Two independent machines ensure an optimal availability of the lift, and ideal operation continuity.
2 floor Cabin which can take 200 people - 87 places at the top, 113 places below. At each floor, 2 opposing doors allow the separation of the cabin entry and exit for a reduced unloading time.
Safety System integrated, innovative, the unique characteristics of the ropeway are made to measure: 1800 m of cable without pylons, 450 m of space to the highest point, impossible vertical evacuation!
The solution... The system allows the return of the cabins to the station in all situations. The passengers stay in the cabins in total security.
