For this lift, you opted for a solution that POMA and SEMER have only just developed: a torque simulator for testing the brakes.
“That’s right, it’s a great option for us. The main advantage of the “ZenIS®” is that it is embedded, it’s not a removable component,
it’s no longer a separate unit. To begin with, that means a tidy saving for us. Now, we don’t have to handle ballast anymore or plan loading/
unloading operations, which are expensive and can, occasionally, be dangerous too. It is also a function that provides a great deal of flexibility and is truly responsive if, for example, we need to
adjust the brakes at the height of the season. The Multix 6-seater detachable-grip chairlift, with its dual safety line and ZenIS® options, means that we have the best system there is in terms of performance and cost control. As for the carriers and terminal, POMA has outdone itself!
I believe that this brake test function - the “ZenIS®” - will soon be used everywhere!”.

Remote control of the lift. Its wireless technology allows the operator to roam freely in the loading / unloading zone for an optimized customer service. Connection entirely secure, with authentication key. Useable on all lifts.
Innovation SEMER - POMA Group, Zen.IS is a robotic integrated function which allows the testing of the braking system without weight, thanks to a coupling simulator. The tests are made very easily without effort and in total safety.
Large comfortable seat, wide individual places - 500 mm. – Stuffed cushions, Covered with a high resistant material. Spring suspension and elastomeric mounts for a maximum absorption and optimal filtration of vibration, for an ideal comfort.
The seats LPA POMA range from 4 to 8 places. By their modular conception, they integrate multiple common elements for simplified station maintenance.
Major advantage of the ABS system, the regulation of the automatic braking allows the adjustment of the braking power to the situation: less power on the way up, stronger on the descent. Brakes, positioned on the pulley, offer optimal safety, by the halting of the lift.
The use of a common pylon is the solution which answers to the problems of the crossing of two lift apparatuses. Redundant security System: if the chairlift comes off the sheaves, the lift stops... And vice versa.
Modular in conception, this grip is usable on all the range of devices from the Multix TSD 4 to the Funitel DMC. Reduced parallel track Springs, with a short and silent clutch ramp. The open work way, associated with the large grip clearance, insures an optimal evacuation of snow and ice: Easy starting.
